New Professionals Program

At Forever Fit Physical Therapy we understand that the transition from the classroom to independent practice is a process that requires support, encouragement and opportunity for continued learning. We invest in your growth and development to assure both the therapist and patient have the best experience possible at Forever Fit.

Onboarding of new therapists includes a structured 12 week program with weekly mentor meetings, online learning platforms and in-person workshops aimed at fostering communication skills, honing manual therapy skills, fine tuning exercise prescription and assisting in further developing your critical reasoning skills. During this time period, you will gradually build your caseload as your confidence builds, giving you time to put to use all of the things you are learning in the program.

Partnership Program

Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded on the philosophy that physical therapists should drive not only clinical care decisions but the business decisions that influence them. With that mission in mind, Krista Frederic created a partnership track that allows dedicated physical therapists to join our leadership team as partners in new clinics. Since 2014, four physical therapists have joined the Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness team as partners, helping us spread the word that PT works!

Highlights of our Partner Program include:

Leadership Development

Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness seeks employees who want to grow and develop themselves as leaders, whether in management, program development, teaching or community roles. We believe employees who are better communicators and have a better understanding of the broader business will allow our patients and employees to be more successful. Each year we sponsor a group of engaged employees through our program LEAD: Lead, Engage, Accelerate Development. This 9 month program is available through an application process to employees in all segments of the business to help them move toward their professional and personal development goals.

Volunteer & Shadowing Opportunities

Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness is committed to growing the next generation of physical therapists. We regularly host high school and college students for internships and shadowing opportunities to allow them exposure to both the clinical and administrative side of a career in physical therapy.

We offer dozens of Clinical affiliations each year to Doctor of Physical therapy students completing their education. While we currently have contracts with several local universities we are always open to expanding our network of schools for both part-time and full-time clinical rotations. Our students are encouraged to participate in all aspects of clinical practice from staff meetings, mentorship and development opportunities and more.
