Our New Professionals Mentorship Program helps bridge the gap between school and confident, independent practice.
You will go through a structured 12-week onboarding program that combines hands-on learning with guided mentorship.
During this time, you will receive:
- Weekly mentorship
- A gradual caseload build as your confidence grows
- Training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical reasoning
- Coaching on communication and patient engagement
- Access to in-person workshops and online learning
You will apply what you learn in real time, building both skill and confidence with each patient.
By the end of the program, you will feel prepared, supported, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced clinical environment.

With that vision, Krista Frederic created a Partnership Program that provides a clear, supported path into ownership.
Since 2014, clinicians have stepped into partner roles and helped expand high-quality care into new communities.
This program is designed for those ready to grow beyond a traditional role and take part in building something of their own, without taking on unnecessary risk.

Leadership Development
Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness seeks employees who want to grow and develop themselves as leaders, whether in management, program development, teaching or community roles. We believe employees who are better communicators and have a better understanding of the broader business will allow our patients and employees to be more successful. Each year we sponsor a group of engaged employees through our program LEAD: Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Development. This 9 month program is available through an application process to employees in all segments of the business to help them move toward their professional and personal development goals.
Shadowing Opportunities
Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness is committed to growing the next generation of physical therapists. We regularly host high school and college students for internships and shadowing opportunities to allow them exposure to both the clinical and administrative side of a career in physical therapy.
We offer dozens of Clinical affiliations each year to Doctor of Physical therapy students completing their education. While we currently have contracts with several local universities we are always open to expanding our network of schools for both part-time and full-time clinical rotations. Our students are encouraged to participate in all aspects of clinical practice from staff meetings, mentorship and development opportunities and more.
