Forever Fit is ecstatic to announce our addition of Elizabeth Kotroba as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). As Chief Operating Officer, Elizabeth will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our clinics. She brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to ensure that both employees and patients continue to enjoy the Forever Fit experience that they know and expect.
Elizabeth attended the University of Scranton where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2004, Masters of Physical Therapy in 2005 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from the University of Scranton. Elizabeth also earned her Masters of Business Administration in 2012 from University of Maryland University College. Her love of process improvement and operations started from her teenage years while working at Smokey Glen Farm in Gaithersburg, MD where she was able to work all the way up to assistant manager while learning the business over the years.
For the past 6 years Elizabeth excelled as the Vice President of Operations for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Her position enhanced her skills in leadership, process development and process improvement. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will help lead Forever Fit to the next level of patient centered, quality care.
Elizabeth grew up in Montgomery County and currently resides in Frederick with her husband, three young children and their dog, Pearl. In her spare time she enjoys coaching her children in soccer, hiking, camping, enduring tough Peloton workouts, and road biking with her friends. Recently, she was able to drive out West to Yellowstone with her friends and children, stopping along the way to camp in various state parks. It was beautiful! Check out the picture below!
