Raquel Kromer

Physical Therapist Assistant
Bowie

Hi, I’m Raquel, a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy most. I earned my Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies through the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education. Working in the outpatient setting has allowed me to support individuals through rehabilitation and recovery while providing personalized, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s goals.

In addition to my PTA background, I am also a Licensed and Board-Certified Massage Therapist. I hold a second Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Massage Therapy, which has enhanced my understanding of soft tissue health, movement, recovery, and overall wellness. My education and experience in both physical therapy and massage therapy allow me to take a well-rounded, hands-on approach to patient care, helping individuals feel stronger, move better, and improve their quality of life.

As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, I am committed to creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, staying active through exercise, watching movies, and taking walks with my dog, Tucker.
